A minissérie "Mildred Pierce" domina o número de indicações ao Emmy com 21 ao todo, incluindo melhor atriz para a britânica Kate Winslet.

A cerimônia de entrega dos prêmios será realizada no domingo, dia 18.

Entre as séries, o destaque é a dramática "Mad Men", com 19 indicações, incluindo programa dramático, melhor ator para Jon Hamm e atriz para Elisabeth Moss. Também foram indicadas as novatas "Boardwalk Empire" e "Game of Thrones".

Entre as séries de comédia foram indicadas "The Big Bang Theory", "Glee", "Modern Family", "The Office", "Parks and Recreation" e "30 Rock".

A cerimônia terá a apresentação da atriz Jane Lynch, a treinadora Sue Sylvester de "Glee", que tentará o segundo prêmio consecutivo de atriz coadjuvante em série de comédia.
